Where do I pick up my order?
You can pick up your order from our store locations in Connell and Loon Lake. Once your order is ready for pickup, we'll notify you via email or phone call with further instructions. Please ensure to bring along your confirmation email or order number for reference during pickup. If you have any questions or need assistance finding our pickup locations, feel free to contact us, and we'll be happy to help.
What do I need to bring with me when picking up my order?
Please bring along your confirmation email or order number for reference during pickup. Additionally, ensure you have payment ready for any remaining balance due.
Will you contact me when my order is ready?
Absolutely! Once your order is ready for pickup, we'll notify you promptly. You can expect to receive an email or a phone call from our team informing you that your bulk meat order is prepared and awaiting pickup at your chosen location.
Can someone else pick up my order on my behalf?
Yes, you can authorize someone else to pick up your order on your behalf. Please provide their name and contact information when coordinating the pickup, and ensure they have the necessary documentation.

How do I place a bulk meat order?

When I place my order, how long do I have to wait for my meat?
This varies by season and product, but on each product, we will keep it updated to include an estimated month of pickup! We butcher year-round, so most products will not have a wait list longer than 3 Â months. Our grass-finished beef is only processed twice a year, so wait times can get up to 6-7 months.
Do you ship any products?
We do not ship any products currently! We do offer two locations for pick up, one in Loon Lake, WA, and one in Connell, WA! See addresses and additional information here.
What is the deposit for, and is it refundable?
The deposit is required to secure your order and reserve your spot in line. It's non-refundable but goes toward the final cost of your purchase. Rest assured, all deposits are credited toward your total balance.
Although as a part of our guarantee, for bulk meat "newbies," we include a complimentary steak to take home after you've made your deposit. And if, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied after trying it, we'll gladly refund your deposit, no questions asked.
PRODUCTS
What do you feed your cattle?
We feed them grass, apples, various vegetables, non-GMO wheat, and bakery feed. Bakery feed is a pre-mixed, nutritionally tested meal that the cattle love!
How many of each type of cut should I expect to receive in my bulk order?

Do you sell single beef and pork cuts?
At the moment, our focus is primarily on offering bulk quantities of beef and pork. However, we also have a variety of individual cuts available for purchase at our store locations in Connell and Loon Lake. Feel free to visit us to explore our selection of single cuts and speak with our team for assistance.
