Meat Cutter
LOCATION: Connell, WA
DUTIES:
- Prepare and cut meat products to meet customer specifications
- Operate various meat processing equipment with precision
- Trim, bone, tie, and grind meats with expert skill
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are upheld
- Lead the meat processing crew to maintain company standards
EXPERIENCE:
- Previous experience in meat cutting and carcass breaking required
- Proficiency in different cuts of meat and their applications
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices
- Strong knife skills and safety awareness with sharp tools
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Bilingual preferred (Spanish and English)
JOB TYPE: Full-time
PAY: Starting from $30.00 per hour
